How to describe working at Project Controls? Officially, we like to say we participate in fantastic projects, but the reality is different. Broader.
We are there at the beginning of the car’s development. Our software is used to transfer the designs into production, which is how we know what cars will be driving on the road in five years. We often visit the car factories directly and discuss the project on site. We grow professionally with each new project. And that’s just a fraction of what makes working with us interesting. Most importantly, we strive to provide a high-quality working environment so that people enjoy working with us.
Current vacancies at Project Controls
Peter Brezovský, the dispatcher of customer logistics has been in the PC since 2022. His job is to ensure the delivery of orders to the customer at the right time and in the right quantity. Other activities include correcting any deviations that could result in incorrect data in the system. This could have a negative impact on the correct supply to customers.
Customer logistics dispatcher
Jiří Nejezchleba has been working in PC since 2007. Last year as an Operations Manager. His job is to manage the production and logistics department. He decided to join the company because he was approached by a Czech company with rapid growth and its own development, where things can be changed quickly. REALLY FAST.
His team has a total of 250 people, but the core of the team consists of 7 co-workers. He has the principle that you need to laugh at least 5 times a day. "And he usually succeeds in that."
Now he is struggling with the implementation of digital technologies, daily reporting and to have a stable team.
His career at the company began when he took over as Head of Quality, gradually taking on development and in the meantime occasionally waved to production and logistics before taking over the department last year.
Kristýna Daňhelová works in the company as a production planner and has been working in PC since 2015.
He communicates daily with the foremen and finds out whether he produces according to plan, continuously performs inventories, checks materials, issues orders, creates plans for production and solves all related requirements.
Kristýna first started as a shiftleader because she was interested in working with people, after some time she moved to the position of foreman, where she gained the necessary experience to be able to currently hold the position of production planner.
